Dave began his career in 1977, as an apprentice, carrying nails from point to point on construction sites. He quickly moved up the ladder to become foreman, then superintendent, and now owner and partner of his own framing company. With more than 22 years of experience in construction and 10 years spent in mechanical and precision tooling production.

Pat started his framing career in 1981, gathering a solid 28 years of industry experience since then. With his high energy level, constant excitement and superb organizational skills, Pat was soon supervising in excess of 12 crews of production framers at once.
